In 2010, the first of several tube wells was gifted to the people of Kalinagar. Till then they had to walk significant distance to get fresh drinking water. The first tube well was a partnership with Grand Prix Auto Parts in Calgary. Since then several partnerships including EMCC made it possible to complete three tube wells in that region. At least forty two toilets have been built in Kalinagar. The story of young girls in danger of being molested and raped at night reached the hearts of young people attending a youth camp in Ontario. Through their generosity these toilets were constructed ahead of schedule so that families do not have not wander away in the dark anymore.

In 2012, several young leaders were trained and equipped through the Magic Lantern project in Allahabad, UP. Most of them had no other means of support for their families. Now most of them have continued to be gainfully employed inspiring others to also be creative and resourceful. The Magic Lantern project also taught inter personal relationship development concepts which is at the core of an adhesive and creative community.

Every year, uTurn Project sponsors youth conferences and leadership development seminars as well as assists musically talented youth of Calcutta to produce albums and encourage them in the arts. In 2013, several of these young musicians had the opportunity to share their music and message with youth in North-East India, Bangladesh and Nepal.
